Deposit Contract

Country Comfort’s Deposit Contract offers you a guaranteed price with minimal prepayment! Your up-front deposit secures a fixed price but the majority of your balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

Benefits

• Will secure a fixed price for the heating season.
• Reduces upfront investment to secure heating costs.
• Deposit of $0.25 per gallon will be required to secure price.
• Deposit applied to each delivery.

Terms

• Minimum of 300 gallons purchased.
• Delivery made between July 1 and April 30 of contract heating season.
• No additional cash discount at time of delivery.
• Completed and signed contract submitted.
• Remaining balance is due within 30 days of all deliveries or finance charges will apply.
• Current Delivery Plan will remain in effect  indefinitely unless a new delivery plan is signed noting a change.
