Real Time PrePay (RTP)

This program will give customers the opportunity to buy on a real time basis.  RTP allows customers to control their propane costs, with the option of writing up to four contracts (including RTP and traditional contracts) per heating season.  Based on historic prices, customers purchasing during the spring could save up to 12 cents a gallon.

Secure Comfort Budget Program

The Secure Comfort Budget Plan allows you to spread your heating costs equally over eleven months. The twelfth month is the reconciliation month, when either a credit is received or the remaining account balance is owed. Value Assurance provides peace of mind against rising heating costs.

Benefits

• Manages heating costs by offering equal payments over 11 months.
• Protects against rising prices.
• Best price at time of delivery.

Terms

• Requires budget customers to be on the Auto-Fill Delivery Plan (Budget payment must be current).
• First payment is due in August.

Prepay Plan

Country Comfort's Prepay Plan has proven to be an excellent value for the customer. The Prepay Plan will lock in the heating costs for the next heating season.

Benefits

• Fixed heating cost for winter.
• Remaining prepay dollars may apply to next year's prepay contract.

Terms

• Minimum of 500 gallon purchased.
• Full payment must be received by August 31, prior to the heating season.
• Completed and signed contract submitted.
• Deliveries made between September 15 and April 30 of contract year.
• Current Delivery Plan will remain in effect throughout the contract period and continue indefinitely unless a new delivery plan is noting a change.

All accounts must be current to be eligible for these programs. Any balance at the end of the contract time will appear as a credit on your account, and can be used for future purchases or future contracts.

Deposit Contract

Deposit Contract will secure a fixed price for the heating season, and only a deposit will be needed to lock in the price. This will assure a guaranteed price and allows for the majority of the balance to be paid at the time of delivery.

Benefits

• Will secure a fixed price for the heating season.
• Reduces upfront investment to secure heating costs.
• Deposit of $0.25 per gallon will be required to secure price.
• Deposit applied to each delivery.

Terms

• Minimum of 500 gallons purchased.
• Delivery made between September 15 and April 30 of contract heating season.
• Deposit of $0.25 per gallon must be received by August 31 prior to heating year.
• No additional cash discount at time of delivery.
• Completed and signed contract submitted.
• Remaining balance is due within 30 days of all deliveries.
• Current Delivery Plan will remain in effect throughout the contract period and continue indefinitely unless a new delivery plan is signed noting a change.
• Contracts will be mailed in late July for payment by August 31.

Summer Fill Program

Summer is an excellent time to fill your propane tank at a great price. Call and order today. Summer Fill is available June 1 - August 31, 2008.

Benefits

• Attractive price. Summer Fill is available in June, July, and August.  Discounts are as follows:
  June:      10 cent discount
  July:        8 cent discount
  August:   6 cent discount
• Receive an additional 5 cents off for paying cash within 10 days of delivery.

Terms

• All tanks will be filled to 80-85%. Partial fills will not receive discount.
• Deliveries will be made on the  Scheduled Summer Delivery Routes. No same day delivery.
• Tank must be at 50% or less to receive discount.
• Accounts must be current
• Prices are subject to change without notice and include discount.

Tank Information

Tank Colors: Gray/Silver, Tan (subject to availability)
Tank Sizes available:-120, 250, 320, 500, 1,000 gallons

Tank Location

• Tanks must be 10-feet from a building if tank holds more than 125 gallons of propane.
• Tanks must be located within 100-feet of a driveway.
• Gas lines must be sized properly for the distance between the house and the tank.
• Trenches are dug by our service technicians and are approximately 18" deep.
• Digger's Hotline must be contacted prior to tank install by customer.

Comfort Credit/Select Savings

New Country Comfort and Selectus customers that are building a new home and leasing their tank can receive up to a $100 credit that can be used towards the cost of propane deliveries, tank installations, copper tubing, pressure checks, GAS checks, and more.  New customers with an existing home can receive up to a $50 credit.  This credit is automatically credited to your account. This rebate is an expression of our gratitude for your business. We are excited to provide our services to you.

Requirements:

• Credit approval required
• Additional cash discounts do not apply
• Only leased tanks qualify

Temperature/Propane Monitoring System - Brings Peace of Mind

Monitor Tank Levels

• A propane monitoring system will ensure your home heating system has the propane it needs to keep your home warm.
• Country Comfort will install an electronic monitor on your propane tank which records the tank volume periodically throughout the day.
  

Controller Collects Inside Temperature

• The wireless monitor relays the tank information and the controller collects the inside temperature of your cabin or home. The controller calls via landline phone to a database once per day using a toll-free number.
  

Database Receives Information

• The tank level and temperature is transmitted through a phone line to a database where you and Country Comfort have access to this information through a secured website on the Internet.
• The system will notify each party when a predetermined tank level or building temperature has been crossed. This information is sent via e-mail, fax, or text message.

GAS Check

Gas Appliance System(GAS) Check is a special service program offered to propane users in association with the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA). The purpose of the program is to let customers enjoy the convenience of propane. A GAS Check technician will make a complete inspection of the propane system and appliances, which takes one to three hours. Country Comfort has adopted the GAS Check program, which includes the following requirements:

• Gas system must be GAS Checked within 5 years and once every 5 years thereafter.
• The customer must be home when the GAS Check is performed.
• Regulators must be replaced every 15 years from date of manufacture.
• Where required, drip legs and a gas shut-off will be installed

Country Comfort has been conducting GAS Checks at customer's locations. We appreciate your cooperation in the scheduling of these safety checks and hope that you will keep propane safety in mind.
